The hotel is beautifully presented, the room was lovely. We had the room with an outdoor hot tub and patio for sunbathing, and it was spacious and well thought out. The breakfast was delicious, so much choice of hot and cold foods including traditional Mallorcan pastries. Above all what stood out was the customer service from the staff. Diego and Rianne were both so helpful (and Damian on email though our paths hardly crossed in person). We were there for a cycling event and nothing was too much trouble... advice on the local area, packed breakfasts, access to the (secure) bike room at all hours, restaurant recommendations and bookings, extra water for the room, and (after the bike race) a myriad of first aid supplies for cuts and bruises! I cannot praise the staff highly enough. If you want a true boutique family hotel feeling, this is it. Thankyou Diego and Rianne for really looking after us.

From the moment we arrived, the wonderful staff members (Diego, Rianne and Damian) made us feel so welcome and at home. The hotel is stunning, a perfect oasis within the old town, we really could not fault it in any way. The room was extremely spacious and well designed, always clean and lovely and quiet in the evenings - the bed was also one of the comfiest we had ever slept on. Another great bonus is that the hotel also has a beautiful pool, it was lovely to have this option when not going to the beach. Thank you so much to the lovely people at Forum boutique, you made our stay truly special!

We chose to stay here for our honeymoon and were so impressed with the customer service throughout our stay. Reanne, Diego and Damia were so incredibly helpful. We were greeted with a beer and they also gave us a bottle of champagne to celebrate our honeymoon! The breakfast was great every morning, they had a nice relaxing pool area and spa. It is located in the heart of old town Alcudia and it had such an authentic and welcoming feel. There are plenty of great restaurants within walking distance and it was a short drive to the beach as well. We also had no issues finding free parking within a 5 minute walk to the hotel. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!
