The hotel is beautifully presented, the room was lovely. We had the room with an outdoor hot tub and patio for sunbathing, and it was spacious and well thought out. The breakfast was delicious, so much choice of hot and cold foods including traditional Mallorcan pastries. Above all what stood out was the customer service from the staff. Diego and Rianne were both so helpful (and Damian on email though our paths hardly crossed in person). We were there for a cycling event and nothing was too much trouble... advice on the local area, packed breakfasts, access to the (secure) bike room at all hours, restaurant recommendations and bookings, extra water for the room, and (after the bike race) a myriad of first aid supplies for cuts and bruises! I cannot praise the staff highly enough. If you want a true boutique family hotel feeling, this is it. Thankyou Diego and Rianne for really looking after us.

We chose to stay here for our honeymoon and were so impressed with the customer service throughout our stay. Reanne, Diego and Damia were so incredibly helpful. We were greeted with a beer and they also gave us a bottle of champagne to celebrate our honeymoon! The breakfast was great every morning, they had a nice relaxing pool area and spa. It is located in the heart of old town Alcudia and it had such an authentic and welcoming feel. There are plenty of great restaurants within walking distance and it was a short drive to the beach as well. We also had no issues finding free parking within a 5 minute walk to the hotel. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

The hotel continues to impress with its warm and welcoming atmosphere, fantastic service, and a team (Rianne, Diego and Damia) that truly goes above and beyond to make guests feel at home. Everything from the stylish rooms to the excellent location in the heart of Alcudia makes it the perfect place to relax and unwind. Amazing place to stay. The staff were unbelievable and could not do enough to help us. We were over for the Mallorca 312 and the hotel had a bike room for my bike complete with stand and tools for any repairs etc. They pre prepared a breakfast for me the morning of the cycle and genuinely could not have bene more helpful other than doing the cycle itself for me. Location was superb with any amount of restaurants to eat in within walking distance. Wellness Centre and massage was a big help after the cycle.
